Individual servings full of hazelnut and spice
Ingredients:
| 1 (6 oz) container | Rachel's® Vanilla Chai Yogurt |
| 1 tbsp | hazelnut liqueur (optional) |
| 1/4 cup | chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella) |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1/4 tsp | freshly grated nutmeg |
| pinch | salt |
| 1 cup | whipping cream |
| 1/4 cup | toasted hazelnuts, chopped |
| bittersweet chocolate shavings, for garnish |
Method:
In a medium bowl whisk together Rachel’s yogurt, hazelnut liqueur, chocolate hazelnut spread, vanilla and salt. In another bowl, use an electric mixer to beat cream until medium peaks form. Gently fold yogurt mixture into whipped cream. Spoon mixture into 8 (3-ounce) paper cups and freeze until firm, about 6 hours. To unmold, peel paper cups away from frozen semifreddo. Place on plates, sprinkle with hazelnuts and chocolate shavings.
