Delicious frozen treats blending cool tropical flavors with the warmth of rum.
Ingredients:
| 2 (6-oz) containers | Rachel's® Mango Pineapple Passion Fruit yogurt |
| 1/4 cup | crushed pineapple, undrained |
| 1/4 cup | cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez) |
| 1-2 tbsp | dark rum (optional) |
Method:
In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients until smooth. If desired, pulse mixture in a blender to remove any fruit chunks. Spoon into four 4-ounce ice pop molds. Alternately, pour into four 4-ounce paper cups and place a wooden stick in each. Freeze 8 hours or overnight. To serve, dip mold in warm water for a few seconds. If using paper cups, peel paper from ice pops.
