| 1 cup | fresh or frozen sweet Bing cherries |
| 1 cup | ice |
| 1 (6 oz) container | Rachel's™ Cherry Black Currant yogurt |
| 1/4 cup | orange juice (fresh squeezed is best) |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
