An Indian classic gets a sophisticated update.
Ingredients:
| 1 | ripe mango, cut into chunks |
| 1/2 cup | ice cubes |
| pinch | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | fresh lemon juice |
| 1 (6 oz) container | Rachel's™ Mango Pineapple Passion Fruit yogurt |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
| 1 tbsp | finely chopped mint |
| mint leaves for garnish |
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Garnish with mint and serve.
