Mango Lassi

An Indian classic gets a sophisticated update.

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, cut into chunks
1/2 cup ice cubes
pinch salt
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 (6 oz) container Rachel's™ Mango Pineapple Passion Fruit yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely chopped mint
  mint leaves for garnish

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Garnish with mint and serve.

Yield: 1 lassi
